Many thanks for the great turnouts for the Oklahoma State (approximately 80 people), Texas (55) and Colorado (20) watch parties.

There is no telecast for this Saturday’s (Nov. 1st) Baylor game. The Kansas State game on Saturday, Nov. 8th from Columbia will be telecast, and we’ll indeed have a watch party. But the exact start time has yet to be set. We’ll post the start time on this blog once we receive word on the time.

It should be an exciting end of the season, as Mizzou pursues its second consecutive Big 12 North title and its first Big 8/Big 12 championship since the 1969 Orange Bowl season.

Also, it now appears that the Baylor-Mizzou game will NOT be telecast, as originally scheduled. So we will not have a watch party on Nov. 1st, unless something changes. All other games will be telecast.

All right, Tigers, the vegetarian diet was trendy and all, but it’s time to get back to carnivore business and stop getting chewed up by cowboys and longhorns! The next watch party wil be Oct. 25, gathering at 3 p.m. at Spitfire for a 3:30 p.m. Homecoming kickass kickoff against the Colorado Buffalos.

Please join us for the national ABC telecast of the Mizzou-Texas game on Saturday, Oct. 18th. The Tigers, coming off a tough loss against Oklahoma State, will take on the top-ranked Longhorns in Austin at 5 p.m. (Pacific).
